How long does a rep haul take? Timeline from order to door

How long does a haul take? Usually 2 to 4 weeks from order to door: about a week until your items are in your agent’s warehouse with QC photos (photos of your actual item), then 1 to 3 weeks of international shipping. Presale items, slow economy lines, customs and Chinese holidays can stretch that.
If you wait for every item before you ship your haul (everything you send together in one parcel), the slowest item sets the pace.

Order to warehouse
Superbuy processes orders paid between 09:00 and 18:00 Beijing time within 6 hours, and orders paid between 18:00 and 09:00 by 14:00 the next day. In stock items then often reach the warehouse within about a week. Superbuy’s own estimate allows more time: sellers usually ship within 3 to 7 days, and the parcel needs about 3 to 5 more days to reach its warehouse in Guangdong. That’s up to about 12 days, and presale takes longer.
Presale items
Presale (预售, yùshòu) means the seller sells it before it’s ready. In stock is 现货 (xiànhuò). For presale, Superbuy says the seller usually has no stock and starts preparing after you pay. The wait is longer, and the seller decides when it ships. Need it by a certain day? Ask your agent before you pay.
QC photos and free storage
Once an item arrives, Superbuy usually checks, weighs and stores it within about a day. Both agents give you 90 days of free storage: Superbuy counts from when your item arrives, JoyaGoo from when it shows as Stored. After that Superbuy charges ¥0.1 per item per day, and items left past 180 days are disposed of.
The tighter deadline is returns. You get 5 days to ask for a return or exchange: Superbuy counts from when the item is stocked in, JoyaGoo from when QC is completed. So check your photos the day they arrive. An exchange adds time: Superbuy says it usually takes 7 to 20 days after it sends your item back.
Packing and rehearsal
Once everything is in, submit your parcel and pay the estimated shipping. Superbuy says it packs and ships within 2 working days, unless something unusual comes up.
Rehearsal packing (a test pack that shows the real weight and shipping price before you pay) is a paid extra at both agents. You wait for the result before you pay, so it adds time. Superbuy’s help center gives 1 to 3 working days for its version.
Shipping time by line type
After the warehouse, your line (shipping route) decides most of the wait. These are the agents’ own estimates as of 7 October 2026, from the data behind our shipping calculator:
- Courier and EMS lines (UPS, DHL, EMS): mostly 1 to 2 weeks. The fastest estimate was 4 to 9 days, on a UPS line to the US.
- Special lines, often labelled duty free or duty prepaid: mostly 1 to 3 weeks.
- Economy postal lines (EUB, PostNL and similar): mostly 2 to 5 weeks, a few up to about 6.
The clock starts when your parcel leaves the warehouse, not when you order. JoyaGoo’s help center gives 10 to 20 days as the usual time for air shipping, and Superbuy’s calculator says its times come from the logistics companies and are for reference only. Customs and the last mile
When your parcel reaches your country, it clears customs and a local carrier delivers it. Superbuy’s logistics overview warns that customs clearance can be delayed. If there’s something to pay, the carrier may hold your parcel first: Royal Mail sends a Fee to pay card or letter, and you pay before you get it. Items with fake logos are trademark infringement, and customs can seize them. Then those items never arrive. In some countries, like France, even buying them is illegal.
What makes a haul take longer
- Presale or slow sellers. If you wait for every item, the slowest one sets the pace.
- Singles Day. 11 November (Double 11) is China’s big online sales day, so sellers and couriers are much busier.
- Chinese New Year. In 2027 it falls on Saturday 6 February (Hong Kong Observatory). Superbuy says the Spring Festival and Double 11 push its processing back, and JoyaGoo says carrier pickups are postponed on public holidays.
- Peak periods and weather. Superbuy names holidays, logistics peak periods and bad weather as reasons domestic delivery can take longer.

Why is my item taking so long to reach the warehouse?
It may be presale, a slow seller or a holiday backlog. Check the order status and ask your agent to follow up with the seller.
Does Chinese New Year delay rep orders?
Yes, expect slower processing around it. Chinese New Year 2027 is on 6 February, so order early or wait until things are back to normal.
How long can my items stay in the agent’s warehouse?
Superbuy and JoyaGoo both give 90 days of free storage. After that Superbuy charges a small daily fee up to 180 days, and JoyaGoo sells extra storage time.
When does the shipping line’s delivery time start?
When your parcel leaves the warehouse, not when you place your order. Add the time to the warehouse and packing on top.
