Superbuy vs GTBuy vs JoyaGoo in 2026: service fees, free storage, QC photos, coupons and real shipping prices to Germany, the US and the UK.
Superbuy, GTBuy and JoyaGoo are all on the r/FashionReps2 trusted agent list, and all three buy from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 for you. The item price comes from the seller, so it is the same everywhere. What changes is what you pay on top: service fees, storage, extras and above all shipping. Here is how they compare at the time of writing (October 2026).
The short answer
- Superbuy for most beginners. No service fee on Taobao and 1688 links, a public fee page, and the most shipping lines with the lowest list prices in our data. It's the agent coppd recommends.
- GTBuy if you use its shipping coupon. The calculator shows 40% off every line, which makes it the cheapest option to the UK in our data.
- JoyaGoo if you want an app and duty prepaid DHL lines to Germany. It advertises zero commission.

Fees are for Taobao and 1688 links. GTBuy's fee, storage and photo figures come from third party sites, because its help pages couldn't be checked directly, and JoyaGoo's zero fee is what it advertises. Coupons and line counts come from the agents' official calculators, pulled for our shipping estimate on 7 October 2026.

Service fees and extras
Superbuy publishes its full fee list. There is no service fee and no markup on Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688 links. Platforms it doesn't list cost 10%, with a minimum of ¥10 and a maximum of ¥20. The page doesn't name Weidian, so check what your Weidian order shows. Paid extras include detail photos at ¥2 each, a product video at ¥20 and a detailed inspection at ¥5.50 per item.
GTBuy is reported to charge a small flat fee per order, around ¥4 to ¥8. JoyaGoo, called Joyabuy until 2025, advertises zero commission. None of the three publishes a payment fee on the pages we could read, so check the total at checkout.
Payment options
Superbuy takes Visa and other cards, Wise, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay, and its iOS app lists PayPal too. You can top up a balance first, and any shipping surplus goes back into it. GTBuy takes PayPal, cards and Alipay. JoyaGoo doesn't publish its payment fees on the pages we could read.
Storage and QC photos
Superbuy and JoyaGoo store your items free for 90 days. Superbuy then charges ¥0.1 per item per day up to 180 days, or ¥10 per item per month to extend. GTBuy is reported to give 180 free days, with a reminder at day 150. If you build a haul slowly over months, that longer window helps.
All three include free QC photos. GTBuy's are reported as 3 to 5 photos (front, back and label), with rephotos within 24 to 48 business hours. JoyaGoo promises free HD photos. Superbuy doesn't publish a count but sells extra detail shots for ¥2 each. What to look for is in our QC photos checklist.
Shipping prices compared
Shipping is where the agents differ most. The table shows the cheapest 1 kg line per agent to Germany, the US and the UK, from the official calculators (7 October 2026), in yuan. The price in brackets is with the shipping coupon the calculator shows.

Before coupons, Superbuy is cheapest to all three countries and has by far the most lines. With its coupon, GTBuy gets close and wins for the UK at ¥67.26 per kg, the lowest price in our data. GTBuy's cheapest lines also take just 8 to 12 days, against 7 to 21 at Superbuy depending on the country and 8 to 17 at JoyaGoo.
JoyaGoo's lines to Germany are almost all duty prepaid DHL lines. Superbuy's Europe DHL Duty-Prepaid Economy Line costs ¥115 for 1 kg and takes 10 to 15 days, so compare both before you pick.
For Canada, the cheapest 1 kg lines are ¥114 at Superbuy, ¥195.70 at GTBuy and ¥226.10 at JoyaGoo. For Australia it's ¥94, ¥152 and ¥159.10. None of these prices include volumetric weight, fuel surcharges or payment fees.

Apps and coupons
Superbuy has a well rated iOS app (4.8 stars from 5.3K ratings) and works best there. JoyaGoo also has an iOS app. We couldn't find a GTBuy app in the App Store, so you'd use its website.
GTBuy is reported to give new users a welcome bundle of 16 coupons worth 5, 10 or 15 USD, split between shipping and service fees, one per transaction. Its 40% shipping discount and JoyaGoo's roughly 25% show up directly in the calculators. Coupons change often, so check the current offer when you sign up through our agents page.
Which agent is right for you
- Your first haul: Superbuy. Clear fees, no service fee on Taobao links and plenty of tax free and duty prepaid lines.
- Shipping to the UK: GTBuy with its coupon is the cheapest per kg in our data. Without a coupon, Superbuy is.
- Lots of Weidian links: compare first. Superbuy may charge 10% (¥10 to ¥20), JoyaGoo advertises zero commission.
- Building a haul slowly: GTBuy's reported 180 free storage days give you the most time.
- You shop on your phone: Superbuy or JoyaGoo, both have iOS apps.
Accounts are free, so you can sign up at all three. Just remember that items in different warehouses can't ship together, so keep each haul at one agent.

Which shopping agent is the cheapest?
It depends on your country and coupons. Before coupons, Superbuy had the lowest 1 kg prices to Germany, the US and the UK in our data. With GTBuy's 40% shipping coupon, GTBuy was cheapest to the UK. Compare your parcel in the shipping estimate.
Is GTBuy legit?
GTBuy is on the r/FashionReps2 trusted agent list. Third party sites say it is run by Greetbuy in Yiwu and was founded in 2014. As with any agent, check your QC photos and the line terms before you ship.
Is JoyaGoo the same as Joyabuy?
Yes. Joyabuy rebranded to JoyaGoo in 2025, according to third party agent directories.
Does Superbuy charge a service fee?
Not on Taobao, Tmall, JD.com or 1688 links at the time of writing. Platforms it doesn't list cost 10% (minimum ¥10, maximum ¥20), and Xianyu items a flat ¥20.
Can I switch agents later?
Yes. Accounts are free and the item price is the same everywhere. Finish and ship a haul at one agent first, because items in different warehouses can't go into one parcel.
